  • Naturally Chic offer services by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Rarely are we able to accommodate same day or last minute appointments so we strongly encourage you to schedule an appointment online for all the services you would like to receive. The proper amount of time is needed to provide the services you would like performed.
  • Please be mindful only clients being serviced are allowed in the salon. We ask that you do not bring additional guest. We do not have the seating to accommodate additional guest. We are an appointment base salon. Thank you for understanding.
  • To check availability with the stylist you would like to schedule with please click on the “BOOK” option under each stylist profile picture on the homepage to be directed to the scheduling page. Then you can view pricing, pictures and availability. Once you click on all the services you would like to receive you will be shown the dates and times available. If the date and time you are looking for does not show, that means it is not available. Stylist update their availability often so check back for updates.
  • To prepare for your upcoming appointment please arrive on time with your previous style removed and hair fully detangled unless you book for a style removal service. Hair that is excessively tangled will be subject to an additional charge and a possibility of all services scheduled not be performed.
  • Forms of payment accepted are cash, credit/debit with a surcharge.
  • We are located inside of The Phenix Salon Suites in the South Side Marketplace Shopping Center, Suite 116. Between Ledo’s Pizza and Sherwin Williams. (Please do not park in the McDonald’s parking lot or the Chipotle/Starbucks parking lot.)
  • We ask that you do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for an appointment unless instructed by your stylist. Seating is limited and in effort to maintain everyone’s comfort we ask that you arrive on time. We try not to interrupt the appointment of the previous client.
  • In the unfortunate circumstance a cancellation should takes place we ask for a 48 hr. notice. We would like to make sure appointments are available for other guest. All appointments not cancelled with a 48 notice are subject to 100% charge of appointment scheduled. For all adjustments to appointments including adding or removing services previously requested we ask for a 48 notice as well. Thank you for understanding.
  • Tardiness happens to all of us. Please make your stylist aware you are running behind as soon as possible. More than 15 minutes it is completely up to your stylist discretion to accommodate the appointment or enforce the cancellation policy. The appointment may be subject to cancellation or all services not performed. This is in an effort to respect everyone’s time. Thank you for understanding.
